"Red, White and Green" Demo Today

"Red, White and Green" work in progress ... as it was at 45 minutes

More cherries and a lime, with a white rose to keep them company. I didn't want to do the same setup as my "practice" yesterday ... for today's demo, so the pot changed to a bowl and stuff moved around. For the demo, I think painting time was actually about 45 minutes ... and there was talking back and forth to shorten that some more. The demo was for a monthly program for the Great Falls Seniors Association ... a really nice group with a mix of familiar and less familiar faces who were interested in watching the painting develop. Considering I wasn't talking to a group of artists, they still had plenty of questions about the medium, how to start, how I figure out what to paint, etc.

It was fun. They treated me to a nice lunch and we just had fun visiting.
