"Here and There," my solo exhibit of cafes, restaurant and dining scenes at Katie's Coffee at the Old Brogue in Great Falls, VA -- comes down tomorrow. So the car will be temporarily loaded up with boxes and paintings until hung in new spots.

I'll be a tad sad to take it down. It's been fun eating there often this month surrounded by my paintings -- watching and listening for reactions from the fellow patrons around me. They have certainly been seen by a whole lot of eyeballs.

Newly up at the Gallery at the Artists' Atelier is the group show, "Spring Fever" with four of my paintings on view including: "Got Your Goat?" "Grazing on Buttercups," "Harbor Side Happy Hour" and "Piazza di Michelangelo." Come see during open hours, Saturdays and Wednesdays, noon to 4pm at 1144 Walker Road, Suite G, Great Falls, VA -- or during a special book signing event in the Gallery on Sunday, March 16, 2 to 4pm for award-winning author Debra Latiolais for her An Age of Storytelling Book "Polly and her Pigtails" -- a Mom's Choice Awards® Gold Recipient.
